Art:
I may post the art I draw for you on my accounts and use them for examples (if the art is gift art, you may ask me to post after a specific date) if you are uncomfortable with that, I would consider not comming me!You have full personal rights to the artwork you receive (pfps,banners,etc) you may not use for commercial use unless you ask beforehand! Please credit me if posting anywhereYou may not trace / claim as your own / use for ai/nft purposes.
Designs:
Once you receive a design, it is yours. You can redesign and use for whatever you'd like as long as I am credited!Please do not use my designs for hate/zoophilia. Do not resell my designs for more then you got them for if they have no extra art. Please keep the designs on toyhouse at all times!Feel free to message me on any platform if you have any issues or questions about my art/designs! ⟢Purchasing
Payments:
I only take payments through paypal / kofi.
Holds/plans:
I do not do payment plans on commissions. I will do them on ocs/design sales. Only if $100+. Time depends on amount of money (ex: I will hold for longer if the amount is higher)I do not do holds unless it is 1-2 days OR you are my friend/good mutual as 98% of my holds have fallen through.
Refunds:
I do not do refunds anymore, unless I myself refund you due to personal stuff. I ask for payment after sketch, so you can cancel before you pay if you want. PLEASE keep in mind, cancelling after sketch may mean i repurpose the sketch to fit my own oc (changing lines of course)
Will Draw:

Changes/wips:
You can choose to pay after or before sketch. Any changes are okay during sketch phase, I will even scrap and make a new pose if needed. Once the flat colouring is added you may not ask for big changes to the lineart.
I send wips after every stage/change! Please be available to reply.
What I need:
Please provide a good ref sheet with no shading. If there's any changes to the ref that aren't drawn in, feel free to write me a little note or draw a makeshift example! I can work off of pictures of clothes aswell.I will not accept if you have no ref sheet / one that is impossible to see / traditional one (unless this is a ref commission)
